Free COVID-19 Testing Sites in Adams, Arapahoe and Douglas Counties
The CDC recommends that anyone with any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 get tested, regardless of vaccination status or prior infection.
Many locations across the state are partnering with CDPHE to distribute rapid tests. See CDPHE for more details on pick up locations.

Testing Sites
All test sites are open and running during normal business hours on Memorial Day. However, due to Memorial Day, results will be delayed for tests administered from Saturday, May28-Monday, May 30. Please visit the testing websites below to view hours of operation and pre-register. Results from your COVID-19 test can take between 2-3 days.

*Saliva testing: Do not eat, drink, smoke, or chew gum for 30 minutes before giving your saliva specimen.
Registration and Results
MAKO Medical
- Pre-registration is preferred and reduces wait times at the testing site.
- No identification card, social security number, or insurance needed.
- Results: Get your test results within 3-4 business days by registering online on MAKO Medical's website, texting MAKO to 66349, or calling their testing customer service at 719-416-5857 between 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- It is highly encouraged for parents to only test children 2+ years old but they will accommodate any patient that comes to test.

COVIDCheck
- Registration is required.
- Make your appointment and check the hours at each site online at COVIDCheck Colorado.
- For additional assistance, email their customer support at support@covidcheckcolorado.org,submit an inquiry online, or call 720-419-1087
- The minimum age to test is 2 years old. Any child under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to test.
- Results: Results are available within 72 business hours from PrimaryBio. If you test positive, you will receive a phone call from a telehealth clinician. If your results are delayed, email support@covidcheckcolorado.org or call 720-419-1087.
