1. Forms of Payment

In-person payments can be made by cash, check, money order or credit cards. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Certificates are issued same day if record is ready for issuance in our system. Certificates are typically issued within 5 to 15 minutes.

2. Customer Delivery Options

In-person will usually walk out with certificates, USPS standard mail 5-7 business days (dependent on USPS delivery), UPS 2-day $25 shipping, business day delivery within continental U.S. only (No weekend deliveries). For UPS delivery outside of the continental U.S. or a different delivery day/time request, additional fees may apply.

3. Passport Information

•    Processing Times

    o    Routine -  4 to 6 Weeks

    o    Expedited- 2 to 3 weeks

    o    Expedited at Agency-  8 Business Days

4. Marriage Certificate Information

For a copy of the original marriage license/certificate, contact the clerk and recorder that issued the document.
