HCP - Health Care Program for Children with Special Needs
The Health Care Program for Children with Special Needs (HCP) is a program that offers support and resources for parents and their child with special health care needs, ages birth to 21.
The HCP team believes that all families deserve opportunities and support in order to promote the maximum potential for their children, and they can help with information and resources on: health care, child development, nutrition, education, recreation, insurance and support groups.
HCP support can lead to a more successful and fulfilling experience for everyone - at home, at school and in the community - and help prepare a child for a meaningful adult life. Services are provided free of charge to families in Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas and Elbert Counties.
