Women's Health Services
		Tri-County Health Department provides uninsured and underinsured women with health screenings and referrals to additional care, if needed. Family Planning / STD Testing • Family planning counseling and supplies • Pregnancy testing • HIV / STD testing for clients • Teen services (Family Planning) Expectant and New Mothers • Case management for pregnant women • Referrals to prenatal care and other supportive services (New Moms) Peak Wellness Services include free breast exams, mammograms, Pap tests, pelvic exams, cholesterol screening, blood pressure readings and blood sugar tests to qualifying women. (Peak Wellness) Appointments are required. Komen Foundation and the Colorado Women's Cancer Control Initiative. Dates are subject to change.
