How do I Apply for Medicaid, CHP+ or Connect for Health Colorado?

Have you recently lost your job?

If you recently lost your job or had a loss of income, you might qualify for Medicaid or for a 60-day Special Enrollment period with Connect for Health Colorado. This will allow you to sign up for a new health insurance plan or to change your current plan. Need to purchase your own health insurance?

If you or your family make too much money to qualify for Medicaid or CHP+ and do not receive health insurance from your employer, you may be able to purchase health insurance through the Colorado Marketplace, Connect for Health Colorado.
