Women and transmen ages 21-64 without insurance and are legal US residents are eligible for no-cost cervical cancer and breast cancer screening as part of the Women’s Wellness Connection grant. Men are also eligible for breast cancer screening.
Appointments are with a Nurse Practitioner who will review your history and risk factors for breast or cervical cancer and provide cervical cancer screening tests as needed. You will also see a Registered Nurse for breast and cervical cancer education. If you require any additional testing after your first visit, the case manager will contact you about your test results, make appointments for additional testing and inform you of your results.
