Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program

Women and transmen ages 21-64 without insurance and are legal US residents are eligible for no-cost cervical cancer and breast cancer screening as part of the Women’s Wellness Connection grant. Men are also eligible for breast cancer screening.

Appointments are with a Nurse Practitioner who will review your history and risk factors for breast or cervical cancer and provide cervical cancer screening tests as needed. You will also see a Registered Nurse for breast and cervical cancer education. If you require any additional testing after your first visit, the case manager will contact you about your test results, make appointments for additional testing and inform you of your results.

Services We Provide

  • No cost HPV and Pap Smear testing and mammograms for low-income women and transmen
  • Cervical Cancer Screening - HPV and/or Pap smear testing, ages 21-64
  • Breast Cancer Screening - Ages 40-64 
  • Breast Cancer Screening for high risk men, ages 40-64
  • Breast and Cervical Cancer Risk screening and education
  • Colposcopy for abnormal Pap smear or HPV testing
  • Transportation to testing appointments, if needed
  • Individual Case Managers to schedule testing appointments and to guide you throughout your testing
  • Assistance with applying for special Medicaid Program if diagnosed with Breast or Cervical Cancer 

To schedule an appointment call 303-363-3018, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. We are closed for lunch from 12:15 p.m. - 1 p.m. All appointments are in our Family Planning and Sexual Health clinics. If you need low-cost Birth Control or STI testing and treatment, these services can be provided during your appointment as well.
