Full Description

Class Description:
 Sign up below for this FREE year-long lifestyle change program that will give you the tools you need to lose weight and become a healthier you.
 Classes are interactive and involve lively group discussions. All virtual classes are held via Zoom - no prior experience required. 

 Participants are welcome to bring a friend or family member for support.  

 If none of the listed class times work for you, sign up for the general waitlist, and we will reach out when future class schedules are available. 


Your Lifestyle Coaches: 

Alayna O'Hair
Alayna is a trained Lifestyle Coach whose passion of helping others led her to a place where she can do just that. With diabetes being influential in her life, she strives to help others be the healthiest version of themselves. She looks forward to meeting you and to find ways to improve your lifestyles together!

Nancy Sonnenfeld
Nancy is a trained Lifestyle Coach with many years of experience facilitating classes and learning collaboratives. She is passionate about creating a safe environment where people can address personal challenges, build upon their strengths, and learn from each other.  Nancy looks forward to supporting you on your “Journey to Wellness”. 

Keri Howard, RDN, CDE
Keri is a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), trained lifestyle coach, and registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN). She has many years of experience facilitating classes. Keri enjoys working alongside people to support them in making the lifestyle changes they desire to make in order to improve their health and wellbeing. 

Theresa Smith, RDN
Theresa is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and trained lifestyle coach who is committed to a whole health approach that includes physical, emotional and mental health. She believes that we all have our own journey towards a healthy life and there is no one right path to take. Instead, strong support, self-love and laughter will be the guiding force to the positive changes you want. She can’t wait to see you in class!

Tessa Cushman, RDN 
Tessa is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and trained lifestyle coach with a passion for weight neutral, inclusive, and equitable care for all. Her family’s history of diabetes inspired her to become a dietitian, and she has several years of experience coaching and teaching people of all ages. She warmly welcomes all to join her classes!
