Join the OutSmart COVID-19 Black Health Town Hall on May 15 at 10 a.m.

Together with the NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) Aurora Branch and the Colorado Black Health Collaborative, Tri-County Health Department is hosting an OutSmart COVID-19 Black Health Town Hall. The virtual event is an opportunity for residents to get the most up-to-date information about the COVID-19 vaccines and get their questions answered.

The community-wide Town Hall, on Saturday, May 15 from 10 - 11 a.m. will be accessible through Facebook Live @cotchd or at

  • Who's most at risk?
  • Vaccine safety
  • How do the vaccines work?
  • Side effects
  • Who's eligible?
  • Vaccination site
  • How to register?

Bring Your Questions

Residents are encouraged to prepare their questions in advance of the event. Questions will be addressed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Internist, Dr. Terri Richardson,; Hospitalist, Alexander S. Enurah, MD; and John M. Douglas, Jr., MD, Executive Director of Tri-County Health Department. will be on hand to answer questions.
