My mobile food truck is licensed in Denver; can I sell food in Tri-County?
No; your Denver license is valid only in the City and County of Denver. To sell in Tri-County, you must obtain a State of Colorado Retail Food Establishment License, which authorizes you to sell anywhere in Colorado except the City and County of Denver. Please note that the food truck requirements of Denver differ from those of Tri-County Health Department, and that some jurisdictions have travel time and/or distance limitations on commissaries.
